I’m someone who thrives on solving problems, whether it’s cracking a complex sudoku puzzle in my spare time or developing intricate Excel macros to streamline work processes. Finding logical solutions to challenges is what fuels me, and I bring this passion into everything I do. I take pride in applying my problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles and continuously improve processes, whether it’s through data analysis, creating more efficient workflows, or training teams to better manage their work. With 6 years of experience in accounting, 4 years working as a government reseller, and 3 years as an inside sales representative, I’ve developed a strong foundation in managing and coordinating complex projects, especially in the realm of federal government procurement (NMSO, RVD, SLSA). My experience also spans working with Microsoft Office 365, NetSuite, Shared Services Canada portals, and Adobe Suite/PDF editing tools. My professional philosophy is simple: I want to be excited about my work. I’m driven by opportunities to learn and grow, and I’m constantly looking for new ways to challenge myself. Rinse and repeat is not my style—I’m always seeking out fresh challenges, refining my skills, and pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional results. I’m also passionate about internal process development and have led multiple initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Whether through data analysis, report generation, or project coordination, I strive to make sure that processes not only work but work well. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training over 10 individuals in every aspect of their roles, from technical tools to internal processes. I take great pride in mentoring others and equipping them with the skills they need to succeed in their positions. Some of my proudest accomplishments include being named Rookie of the Year in my first job, taking on a leadership role in my second position and turning around a project that was months behind schedule, and learning and thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment in my current role. I’m always excited about the next challenge and am looking forward to contributing my skills and passion to make a meaningful impact.
