About Caroline Rye

Through my 20+ years’ journey in the travel and hospitality industry, I have achieved a wide range of competences and skills, and I aim to keep expanding my horizon and to develop. My professional introduction to the travel industry started in London handling groups as an incoming Tour Operator/DMC mainly servicing Scandinavian clients. Back in Denmark, I continued with Events and Meetings Management service in Aarhus for Danish corporate clients to destinations worldwide. A demand for detailed research and communication was key to provide an excellent service and suited me well. As a person, I am also very curious and outgoing and always see possibilities instead of limitations. Thus, in January 2015, I completed a Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management in order to move towards the hotel industry and a more outgoing job. Through Atlantic Link, a full-service representation agency in Scandinavia & Finland, I engaged with the Nordic travel industry while represented the Global hotel chain Deutsche Hospitality/Steigenberger Hotel AG. An enriching experience and a testimony that the hospitality industry is right for me. As a natural next step, I have now moved on-site at a beautiful estate, Kragerup Gods, located in Western Zealand, which offer 57 bedrooms and a great variation of Conference and Event facilities. I started 1st June 2020 as Sales Manager at Kragerup Gods.
