In this role, Caroline facilitates management processes, provides expertise and project-manages initiatives that are critical for meeting EDENS’ strategic planning goals. For 10 years, Caroline has played an essential role at EDENS in prioritizing and ensuring alignment and synergy across all departments. Her hallmark achievement lies in the planning and management of flagship convenings, including blue chip investor and executive leadership meetings and employee engagement initiatives. In her previous role as Executive Assistant, she developed and led The Effective Admin Movement (TEAM), an initiative that brought together EDENS’ administrative staff to form a cohesive, collaborative team through relationship building, trainings and forums, and opportunities for further professional development. Caroline brings 20 years of C-Suite administration experience to EDENS. She graduated from University of South Carolina with Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, and completed Cornell University’s certification program in Human Resources, PHR and Human Capital Management.
