About Caroline Steinborn

I am a passionate public health professional with a Master of Public Health (Health Promotion) from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. My academic and professional journey has been driven by a commitment to improving health outcomes through evidence-based strategies, collaborative initiatives, and community empowerment. Currently, as a Health Promotion Facilitator at Mosaic Primary Care Network, I support quality improvement within primary care and health promotion programs that address the unique needs of diverse populations. In this role, I collaborate with stakeholders, develop educational resources, and advocate for programs that support healthier communities. My work focuses on bridging gaps in health equity and quality, and fostering sustainable, impactful change. Previously, as an Ergonomic Advisor and Health & Safety Manager at Canada Post, I led national initiatives to improve workplace well-being, managed cross-functional teams, and developed practical solutions to enhance employee health and safety. My time with Ophea (Ontario Physical & Health Education Association) further strengthened my expertise in program evaluation, needs assessments, and evidence-based research, equipping me with a well-rounded skill set in health promotion and project management. With a proven track record in health promotion, ergonomics, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination, I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and a passion for creating healthier environments. Skilled in time management, effective communication, and adaptive problem-solving, I thrive in roles that challenge me to innovate and make a meaningful impact.
