I’m drawn to complex environments where alignment, structure, and the right operating model can unlock better outcomes for both the business and its customers.My work has focused on building and scaling functions that support the end-to-end customer journey, from analytics and planning to process design, technology, and cross-functional coordination. I care deeply about helping teams operate with clarity, make better decisions with data, and focus their energy on what matters most for customers.Today I lead Customer Experience Operations, partnering across Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to strengthen how we support customers and scale the impact of our teams.I’m especially motivated by building strong teams, solving complex organizational challenges, and creating the operational foundations that help companies grow.
