I am pro-active and pragmatic in my approach, leveraging operational excellence and commerciality along with deep P&C experience to deliver and embed large scale enterprise change. Key to this is my ability to build strong professional relationships; influence at Executive level using data-led communication and collaborating cross enterprise to achieve successful outcomes. Throughout my career I have been able develop and leverage core strengths to support end to end delivery. These strengths include strategy definition; scoping and prioritising a portfolio of initiatives to deliver the strategic roadmap; establishing program methodologies and ways of working which are situationally adaptive; focusing on the delivery of tangible value whilst ensuring fulfillment is operationally simplified.
