About Caroline Young

With 11 years working in Hospitality and Interior Design Management, I can confidently offer services in the process of creating and developing unique concept-based interiors, with a focus on Development and Operations. I’m a creative all-rounder, with skills in various aspects of the design process, including but not limited to- Creating bespoke concepts and storyboards - Project and team Management - Creative styling - Creating and implementing brand standards - Drawing and Colour work - Fabric and colour selection Most recently, leading the design and brand aesthetic on a Managed Pub and Hotel estate of 38 sites across the South West, all with unique identities including many with historical importance. Working across multiple projects at any one time, including large Capex spends of between £30k to £3m with an emphasis on developing each site's brand identity through FF & E selection, artwork, and styling, alongside the functional and operational requirements. My insight into how to produce successful and creative interiors and brands is married with my Project and Design Management skills, so I am able to understand the needs and processes of a creative team, with the skills to fully support, motivate and encourage growth, reflected in customer experience and client satisfaction.
