About Carolyn Hinger

Carolyn recently joined Cast Consultancy as a Senior Project Manager, following 20 years of professional experience in architecture with an emphasis on residential design and project management. She brings both optimism and passion to every project and thrives in a goal-based environment that promotes collaboration and problem-solving. Her expertise lies in the early design stages, with a focus on build-to-rent communities and placemaking. She is well-versed in tall building design, building regulations and the planning process. Carolyn is currently working on several early-stage projects, including the Earls Court Masterplan and Lincoln Property’s residential development, Station Hill, in Reading. At her previous architectural practice, Carolyn worked on several large-scale residential developments, notably the consented Plot N18/19, an 848 build-to-rent development for Get Living in East Village, Coppermaker Square in Stratford and the floating water pavilions in Canary Wharf. Carolyn is a qualified architect in the State of New York in the U.S, where she worked for 15 years primarily on residential and academic projects in Washington, Baltimore and New York.
