About Carolyn Holmes

In the heart of every educator beats the unwavering belief that every teacher and student holds a universe of potential—and unlocking that potential is what drives me every day. As an Instructional Coach, I partner with teachers to refine instructional practices, provide meaningful feedback, and create classrooms where engagement, equity, and excellence thrive. My work is rooted in collaboration, instructional coaching, and leadership development, ensuring that every educator feels supported in their professional growth. I believe that great schools are built on strong relationships and a shared commitment to student success. Whether through coaching conversations, professional development, or hands-on modeling in classrooms, my goal is to cultivate a culture where teachers feel empowered and students experience joyful, rigorous, and culturally responsive learning. Looking ahead, I aspire to grow as a school leader, shaping policies and practices that drive justice-centered education, teacher development, and student achievement. I bring energy, optimism, and a solutions-focused mindset to everything I do—because learning should be engaging, empowering, and, most of all, fun! Outside of work, you’ll find me reading, enjoying the outdoors with my dogs, or planning my next adventure. Let’s connect—because every conversation is a chance to learn, grow, and make an impact!
