In the early days of my corporate career, I didn't receive enough training, which at times made me question my role. This added stress to my position and adversely impacted my team’s performance. I decided to change that experience for others when I became a Dale Carnegie instructor. I discovered my passion and natural skill set for speaking and training and am able to make a real difference in the lives of my audiences, guiding them through discovering their capabilities and experiencing “light bulb” moments on every level.
