Corporate AdministratorMy role has been an overseer of multiple systems used on a daily basis at Hosted~FTP~. This position puts me in a unique position to encourage the sales and support department to focus on specific customer upgrades and campaign initiatives to produce increased revenues.As a signing officer, I report directly to the CEO and am entrusted with reconciling several internal systems with outsourced SaaS such as Stripe, Salesforce, and QuickBooks. In addition to these responsibilities my position also encompasses managing billing and invoicing processes, reconciling multiple CRM systems, managing QuickBooks entries on multiple accounts and balancing multiple priorities concurrently. This includes addressing customer billing inquiries, resolving any issues related to billing, and actively pursuing collection of delinquent accounts.Other responsibilities include managing international banking transactions, showcasing proficiency in executing wire transfers to vendors such as AWS through platforms like Scotia Connect and Itrade. Many of the transactions I work on are mission critical to the daily internal management as I am considered a trusted source to execute successfully and consistently each month. The majority of current business transactions are in the US or Europe and I have worked closely with AP departments internationally to advise them the Canadian banking systems variabilities regarding payment processes. I am familiar with internal AP payment systems such as Coupa and SAP Ariba.My expertise in navigating international banking systems ensures secure and efficient financial transactions for Hosted~FTP~ Inc, facilitating smooth operations across global markets. This responsibility underscores my crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the company's international business endeavors.My ability to effectively manage these tasks ensures smooth financial operations and strengthens customer relationships, contributing to the overall success of the company.
