Background
About Carolyn Roberts
I am currently working as a Statutory Advocate at Your Voice Counts, based in Gateshead. I originally trained and worked as a Solicitor. However I decided on a major career change and moved to the voluntary sector working in advocacy. I have worked in the voluntary sector since and have gained experience of working with people with disabilities, advocacy and community development. I very much enjoy working in the voluntary sector, and have a strong interest in equality and disability rights.
