I'm a finance and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage, asset finance, and business development sectors—and a deep personal commitment to purpose-driven leadership in sport and community. As Director of Finance & Operations at New Start Finance Group, I oversee strategic planning, financial management, HR, compliance, and systems operations. My background spans national aggregator networks, start-up environments, and small business consulting—always with a focus on growth, integrity, and people-first leadership. But my story doesn’t stop at the boardroom. Alongside my professional work, I’ve spent the past decade contributing to community and elite netball in WA—leading club governance, mentoring volunteers, and helping grassroots clubs grow into inclusive, high-performing organisations. I’ve held roles from Club President to Treasurer, Vice President, and committee support, across both junior and WANL-level teams. This is where my leadership, governance, and operational skills align with my passion: supporting female participation, athlete development, and thriving sporting communities.
