About Carolyn Sumariwalla

I have had the opportunity to help guide projects through the software development life cycle, from initial requirements gathering, testing, and implementation to providing third tier support on successfully deployed applications. In the system analyst role, I have been a primary liaison between the development team and business clients, acting as a point of contact for communications and mentoring agile team members and application users on various supported systems. Assisting team members to deploy system functionality that supports and increases business client efficiency as well as allows the business clients to meet regulatory expectations, has been very rewarding. Applying analytical and communications skills to assist team members in their understanding of the supported systems and IT in understanding the business client needs has allowed for successful audits and meeting regulatory timelines. I enjoy working collaboratively within agile teams and appreciate the importance of integrity within a company and a company's support of work/life balance.
