About Carolynn Ern

Carolynn Ern was born and raised in Lake County, Florida, after graduating from Eustis High school she then moved to San Francisco to pursue an education in Service Dog Training. Once completing her Associate degree and moving back home to Lake County, she then decided that working with dogs was not an option for her, she wanted to keep them all as her own, which then led her to a wonderful career in Real Estate. She comes from a background of five-plus years in the restaurant and service industry and spent her first year in Real Estate in a mentorship position under two top-producing agents at ERA Realty. Beginning her career in a mentorship position, gave Carolynn a unique start to her real estate career. She got to experience working with realtors who have been multi-million-dollar producers for over a decade. This gave her insight into how a successful real estate business should be run, and how to cultivate and nurture relationships to create a stress-free Real Estate transaction with buyers and sellers, every single time.
