I am a skilled transformation specialist. With 23 plus years in the world of business transformation, my capability ranges from strategy and business case development to project delivery. My speciality is challenging the norm; working with and leading teams to challenge how they add real value to customers. Joining ANZ's Payments Transformation in 2013, I have been able to spearhead distributed agile delivery as part of the PATS Phase 1 program and drive the adoption of the payments portfolio operating model across the wider portfolio. Leveraging this change in operating model, I led the delivery of the real time payments (NPP) services solution for our customers. Throughout my tenure, I have influenced the way in which we work to ensure greater collaboration, trust and transparency across the program and across the business and technology teams. As Portfolio lead for Banking Services I have led both the payments and platform services strategy refresh. I continue to drive business transformation to ensure operational resilience of our services though the overarching operating model design encompassing people, process and tooling but most importantly mindset and strong customer focus. My prior experience in consulting has built a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, customer delivery, and driving business outcomes in all I do. Partnering with our business and understanding the customer, allows us together to drive improved customer outcomes. I challenge teams to continuously improve and transform themselves and the way in which they work to ensure quality outcomes that truly deliver business value. I focus on ensuring we have sustainable methods and practises to ensure enduring value solutions that can last through attrition and scaling.
