A Project Coordinator and Works Supervisor with 9 years’ experience in the mining industry at Rio Tinto’s ERA Ranger Uranium Mine in the remote Northern Territory. Expertise developed from controlling engineering services costs, to managing and coordinating across multiple projects in Asset management, rehabilitation and complex mine closure projects. Effective leadership skillsenhanced from a previous career in the defence forces in logistics in Afghanistan, and as a finance and resource manager and pay administration officer.The ability to effectively lead works across a cluster of projects with multidisciplinary internal,external and management stakeholders in an environment where there is a shrinking workforce, prioritizing to the mine closure schedule.
