With over 34 years at Washington State Patrol, my journey has evolved from clerical roles to becoming the Lead Subject Matter Expert at Ashanti Alert Network. Embracing pivotal responsibilities, I coordinate multiple alert systems, including AMBER and Silver Alerts, ensuring rapid and effective responses to critical missing person incidents. My expertise in conflict resolution and team building underpins my success in managing complex operations and training programs. At the National Criminal Justice Training Center, I leverage over two decades of experience in AMBER alerting to serve as a Regional Liaison and Associate Instructor. Here, my experience in alerting is applied to developing strategies for law enforcement communication and training, contributing to the safety and security of communities. Our team's collaborative efforts have enhanced the capacity of criminal justice professionals nationwide, reflecting my commitment to excellence in public service.
