Industry expert with 20 years of experience providing clients with logistical support for all their planning needs; whether it's a meeting, event, or leisure tour. For the past 14 years, I have been running a destination management company in Philadelphia. We work with domestic and international groups, including corporate, leisure, non-profit and student groups. Prior to that I worked as Tourism Services Manager at the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, handling the international market. I was responsible for planning and implementing familiarization (FAM) tours and site inspections for tour operators, travel agents and media from Western Europe. Due to my role, I was able to build excellent relationships with the vendors and suppliers throughout the city and surrounding areas, which has since been a benefit in running a DMC. Global Tour Connection, LLC handles everything from booking hotels and transportation services to organizing meetings and events, unique tour programs, creative meal functions, sightseeing trips to cities outside of Philadelphia, and team building activities. We pride ourselves on our customer service and hands-on approach. I am passionate about this industry and strive to exceed our clients' expectations. We look forward to working with you.
