About Carrick Harp

I am a Salesforce Certified Professional (2x!) with a passion for efficiency and solving complex business problems. With an associates degree in Electrical Technology and over 10 years of production experience and operating equipment, I have strong analytical skills with an interest in understanding data and utilizing information to make informed business decisions. At ICF (ICF purchased Creative Consulting Systems), I am a system administrator taking the lead for multiple different applications in shared orgs, as well as solo applications in their own orgs. I tackle all sorts of administrative requests, from report and dashboard building, user management, sandbox refreshes, data masking, data loads, permission sets, repository and deployments, as well as customer engagement. In my free time I enjoy participating in Salesforce Community groups both learning to and helping others to leverage Salesforce to improve productivity and efficiency for their employers and co-workers! I am also a member of a Salesforce Professional Development Program to fully understand the Salesforce Ecosystem and network to build valuable relationships in the Salesforce space. Outside of my passion for Salesforce I enjoy spending time with my family and two rescue dogs, camping, riding my motorcycle, and studying life at YouTube university!
