I am passionate about leading others for the overall team conquest, but also guiding individuals for personal and professional success. My strong work ethic, unwavering integrity, and dedication to my team have allowed me to find many successes and has allowed for exceptional opportunity. I have consistently excelled at clinical and non-clinical functions in my most current leadership role. My working experience coupled with my formal training through AAPC as a certified medical coder has motivated me to find exciting new challenges that I am passionate about. I have a rich and varied work history,including SIU Fraud clinical review management, full revenue cycle management, & academic medicine coding management. I have excelled with my collaboration with Fraud Investigation & fraudulent schemes, by clinical coding reviews of medical records. I have trained my team how to identify potential fraudulent schemes so that we may take a deeper dive into the allegation. My pride for my job shines through in every task. I will create optimizations, efficiencies, manage high inventory with an extremely low TAT, navigate strict internal coding processes, provider reimbursement policies, navigating CMS & AAPC coding guidelines & coordinate with legal operations. My pride is engaging every one of my direct reports, creating an environment of team solidarity, and developing career growth for my entire team.
