About Carrie Baker

Hi, I’m Carrie – Office Manager at Novatek, where we’re focused on making tech approachable and empowering New Zealand businesses to thrive in a digital world. I’m an experienced leader with a proven track record in team management, guiding high-performing groups to achieve operational excellence. I’m passionate about building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, and aligning teams with meaningful goals. Whether I’m leading a project or working alongside clients, I bring a people-first mindset and a client-centric approach to everything I do. I’m big on storytelling, purposeful work, and creating a positive environment where both people and ideas can grow. When I’m not behind a screen, I’m usually chasing after my three young kids or exploring the outdoors with the whole gang. Let’s connect — especially if you’re into tech, small business, or just enjoy a good yarn over coffee.
