Carrie excels at developing efficient processes to enhance communication and accessibility of specifications for staff. She develops technical teaching tools and systems to enhance specification approachability for even junior staff, and enjoys project team collaboration and drawing coordination. Carrie has experience in introducing spec writing software to firms, training staff and specifiers, and building firm standards for keynoting and Project Manual coordination. She has experience working in tandem with sustainability leads to research innovative materials and initiatives to lower project carbon footprints, and decrease environmental, and social impacts. Carrie enjoys teaching and provides project-specific learning opportunities for teams and clients. Additionally, Carrie contributes to the Portland Oregon CSI chapter and AIA chapter to engage with communities and cross-pollinate information and resources.
