I partner with top-rated carriers through Symmetry Financial Group, giving clients access to a wide range of customized coverage options. With over a decade of experience in sales leadership, client success, and property insurance claims, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, streamlined operational processes, and trained others in effective sales techniques. My goal has always been to simplify complex situations, deliver real solutions, and create lasting client relationships. Beyond insurance, I co-founded Cooper & Co. Adjusting, where my husband and I assist policyholders with property claims and nationwide catastrophe deployments. I’m also the creator of Survive & Thrive by Carrie Shay, a personal project designed to empower women navigating male-dominated industries and toxic work environments.
