About Carrie Hagerman

For many years I have been one of the primary presenters on behalf of a government agency and delivered hundreds of domestic and international presentations or training on the topics of financial intelligence, money laundering, terrorist financing, regulatory compliance, intelligence analysis and open source techniques, to name a few. I have written and delivered courses on financial intelligence, intelligence analysis and open source. I have engaged horizontally across domestic and international government departments and the private sector to build relationships to develop information sharing opportunities within existing legislative parameters. I have chaired Interdepartmental Groups, Committees that include both government and private sector, as well as been a member of International Working Groups. I have led multiple, complex projects and have demonstrated my ability to motivate a team and meet tough deadlines. I have received awards for the quality of my work and recognized for my collaboration throughout my career by the RCMP, DND and other government departments.
