About Carrie Hahn

I spent my early career at large corporations primarily in engineering and program management roles. I had the privilege to work on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program with Lockheed Martin and then delivered products and services for spinal surgeries and Navigation/Imaging at Medtronic. After a variety of successful product launches, system implementations, and process improvement projects, I wanted to try my hand in the small company space. In the last four years I’ve been contributing at dynamic high growth companies where I have been elevating people leadership skills and business acumen. I love strategic planning which can include repairing and building infrastructure to meet varying business needs. This experience has led to greater success in my program leadership. I’ve led both programs and people to award winning global product launches. I thrive on bringing life to new products by leveraging the customer centric mindset to ensure commercialization success. I have an innate ability to step into a business problem and diagnose the real issues. After which, I can quickly create a solution centric turnaround plan to galvanize the team around and deliver results. My personal purpose and mission have been reinforced through these experiences. I’m drawn to and excel in healthcare centric environments where I actively contribute to bettering patient lives.
