At the age of 15, I started out in the basement file room of a Real Estate Title Company, and within 5 years I had mastered Real Estate Title Processing on the front end; by 25, I had become a Multi-Account Manager, Senior Processor & Scheduler, while managing a small Title & Escrow Firm. I became well known, and made a name for myself by solving problems on a whim, leaving our company with a new Major client. I could receive a title request at 9-10 am, and would have the entire package, processed, reviewed, scheduled and closed by 6 pm the SAME day. My job was my life, if I wasn't in the office, I was working from my home office, day and night, all while maintaining the company's online title ordering system, creating a User Manual for our Employees and maintaining the company's copiers, fax machines, computers and main server when tech wasn't able to get their fast enough. Unfortunately, my daughter, who was 5 at the time, was showing signs of missing Mommy and I started to realize that although my job was important, my family came first. I took a huge leap and decided to leave the title business for some time. Over the next 4 years, I became victim to a physically abusive relationship, leaving me with now 2 children, and after suffering an 8 hour coma and small stroke in 2009, I was left with very little memory of my previous career and had to start over. I became interested in online ventures, direct sales, merchandising, automotive and even though I lost most of what I had learned, my Marketing skills remain sharp & solid. I began learning about the Automotive Industry and in 3 short months began Estimating Insurance Claim Damages for a local Collision Center. I have strong skills with word processing, data-entry, and can pick up just about anything you lay down in front of me, in no time flat. I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, & welcome any challenge. I believe the customer comes first & I guarantee any Company I work for will thrive & excel.
