As a Palliative Care physician with over 8 years of experience in academic medicine, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to providing compassionate care for patients with serious illnesses. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to helping patients and their families navigate complex medical decisions and find comfort and dignity in the face of difficult circumstances. I am a skilled communicator who is able to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each patient. In my current role as the West Regional Medical Director for Monogram Health, a value-based polychronic growth stage company, I continue to use my expertise and leadership skills to improve the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. I am a dedicated and hardworking professional who is committed to achieving positive outcomes for patients and their families.
