About Carrie Irwin

I enjoy every minute spent with my family, especially my 4 grand babies. I am very proud of my husband, sons and their wives and what they have accomplished in their life. I'm a Harley girl, have had my own bike for 6 years now. I enjoy riding with my husband as well as a whole host of friends. I am always looking forward to the next ride! I love working with wood, I have my own shop with a plethora of wood working tools, I do all of this on my own, and was taught by my daddy of which I am convinced can do anything! It is awesome to see the results and feel that sense of accomplishment. I have done anything from cutesy crafts, to an entertainment center, shelves, rocking chair, window cornices and even lamps. My passion is singing. I have been singing all my life, starting in the Church of Christ, then with a group of about 10 people, then a quartet, then another group of about 10. We sang for funerals, special occasions, and even held a fund raisers for the local fire department. Now I am currently a member and President of the board of directors of the Texas Tradition Chorus based out of Burleson, Texas. Look us up on Youtube! I am a alto/baritone. I absolutely love four part harmony! I recorded (at a real recording studio) a song, that my father in law/best friend, wanted me to sing at his funeral. Not a big fan of singing by myself, but I did it for him.
