About Carrie-Jo Wallace

VISUAL ARTS EDUCATOR | MATH + STEAM Integration Specialist | KEYNOTE SPEAKER | CREATIVE CONTENT DEVELOPERWith over 20 years of experience spanning both public and private education, I’ve worn many hats—elementary educator, math and science coach, visual arts teacher, workshop facilitator, and national keynote speaker. Currently, I serve as a visual arts teacher at the Ron Clark Academy, where for the past 9 years I’ve helped ignite a love for learning through innovative arts integration, engaging instruction, and next-level creativity.Throughout my career, I’ve been privileged to lead professional development for educators across the globe, crafting experiences that blend rigor, engagement, and the power of the arts. I’ve presented as a keynote at ISTE and FETC for Promethean, developed and given district-wide training on integrating creativity into core instruction and assessment, and created STEAM lessons that spark both student imagination and academic success. In addition to classroom teaching, I’m a digital artist and educational content creator, producing visuals for global competitions, STEAM curriculum, and cross-curricular art-based projects. My creative contributions also extend beyond the classroom—I’ve served as a makeup artist and photographer for national student performances, including Stomp Wars national champions. I also love to produce my own art in multiple mediums, including watercolor, pencils, pastels, and acrylic paint. As a mom of four amazing children, I’m also deeply passionate about helping other educators navigate the beautiful chaos of balancing motherhood and teaching. I love sharing tips, tricks, and mindset shifts that prove engagement and rigor don’t have to be expensive or time-consuming—they just need to be intentional and creative.I'm often approached about the energy, visuals, and impact of my keynotes—and here's the good news: I can help you with that too! If you're looking to revamp your next keynote or presentation, I specialize in designing visually stunning decks that drive home your message while capturing your audience from the very first slide.Whether I’m in front of a classroom, behind a camera, or speaking to thousands of educators, my mission remains the same: to make learning unforgettable by infusing it with artistry, innovation, and purpose.
