I am an Educator and Project Manager with all new process, programs, and educational material for the Central Scheduling Department at HCA/Mission Health. I educate all senior schedulers and new hires throughout HCA/Mission for all locations including, locations throughout Asheville, Blue Ridge Regional, Angel Medical Center, Highlands Cashiers Hospital, Transylvania Regional Hospital, McDowell Medical Center, and FL Citrus Hospital. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment being a flexible team player. Proficient with Hospital Software including, Excel, Word, Engage, Multiple Cerners, OnBase, Proficient, PowerChart, Outlook, OneNote, PACs, PenRad, and WebEx. Problem solver with professional excellent customer service. Able to streamline and manage complex processes and situations. Self motivated and an energetic performer while providing administrative support with excellent effective communication skills.
