I am a very customer-focused person. It’s a huge responsibility working with customers to meet their business demands. Organisations need to ensure they are offering their internal and external customers technology to keep them competitive and ahead of the curve in the marketplace. I give 110% attention to everyone I work with and for to make sure our solutions are right for them, for their end users, and for their future. This, to me, is what successful relationships are all about – sincerely committing my time to reach meaningful end results. Upon completing a project, I know I have enabled customers to move confidently into the future. They become equipped to work with a leading solution that gives them scope and scale and grow and allow their staff the flexibility to innovate without restraint. My background enables me to offer a balanced view across the entire product stack pertinent to datacentre requirements around leaner, faster, more secure delivery of applications to the business. Understanding complex environments, listening to customer needs and collaborating with vendors to ensure the best outcomes, and value that is superior to others, is what my role is all about.
