With over 30 years of experience as a business owner and management professional, I have developed a diverse and versatile set of skills and competencies in various domains, such as art, fashion, event planning, promotion, commercial and residential building design, business administration, employment management, recruiting, executive assistance, project management, interior design, women's clothing and textile design, and fine art consulting. I have successfully assisted a wide range of small to large corporations, designers, ateliers, clients, and for and non-profit organizations to create image continuity, upgrade company recognition, streamline company processes, minimize expenses, increase sales, and maximize profits. Currently, I am the Administrative and Employment Manager at KAI Partners, Inc, an IT management consulting firm that provides innovative solutions and services to government and commercial clients. In this role, I am responsible for management of corporate administration, human resources, and recruiting services for the company, as well as providing creative direction and support to various projects and initiatives. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. My mission is to leverage my expertise and experience to help KAI Partners and its clients achieve their goals and vision.
