I am a Disruption Management-AMAZON ROC at Insight Global, a leading staffing and services company. I have been working in this role for four months, and I have over two years of experience in appointment setting and verification for different clients. My core competencies are communication, interpersonal skills, and team motivation. I handle a high volume of complex and urgent transit issues for Amazon, one of the world's leading e-commerce companies. I respond to callbacks from all freight dispatchers and drivers, and resolve cases within six minutes or less. I have a thorough knowledge of intermodal routes and queues, and I monitor shipment progress and investigate discrepancies. I also verify the accuracy of all relevant paperwork and maintain the best possible metrics for my performance. I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my processes, and I enjoy collaborating with my team and supporting them with positive feedback and encouragement. My mission is to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments for Amazon.
