As a 20 year partner at PwC who leads teams driving financial outcomes for Private Equity and Corporate clients through transactions and transformation. She has deep expertise in Private Equity global acquisitions, exits, carve-outs, and divestitures for over 25 years. She combines her actuarial and financial expertise with her passion for job quality, workforce strategy, and leadership development to deliver solutions that drive revenue growth, EBITDA improvement and social impact. As a director on the PwC US board, she contributed to the governance and strategy of the firm. She also led the development of PwC's Workforce of the Future team and point of view, which provides insights and guidance on how to prepare for the changing nature of work and talent and how to drive workforce transformation. When she served as the leader of PwC's US Human Capital M&A practice, the Southern California Deals business and Private Equity Sectors, she successfully led the teams and their growth of these practice areas. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
