About Carrie Supko

As a Strategic Growth and Operations Leader I have over 23 years of Federal IT, product and services growth and program delivery experience. My expertise includes managing and executing all phases of the business development and program execution life cycle with a focus on development of strategic growth strategies, programmatic strategy development, customer and partnership engagement. My background includes management of staff providing mission-critical IT support services to homeland security, national defense professionals, and first responders across the country. I provide a well-balanced combination of executive leadership skills, business development, strategic growth experience, as well as program execution, delivery and mission expertise. In my current role as Vice President of Federal Services at Allyon I am focused on driving growth and delivery in the Federal IT market and building strategic partnerships to meet our client’s IT needs within the Department of Defense, Public and Civil Sectors, and Intelligence Agencies. As Business Development Executive for Justice at Peraton I led growth of the Justice Account through new business pursuits leveraging past performance and capabilities/offerings to expand into new customer territory. My experience includes serving as the Director of Growth & Strategy for CACI Capabilities and Technology Integration. Prior to that I served as a Business Development Executive for the National Security & Intelligence market at CSRA/GDIT as well as Director of Business Development within the Federal Civilian market at SAP NS2. As a Senior Program Manger within the Enterprise IT Division at CACI, I managed State and local programs as well as the Department of Homeland Security, White House Communications Agency and White House Military Office programs. My experience includes management of Federal, State and Local Enterprise IT, Information Sharing, Intelligence Analysis and Continuity/Preparedness programs for various components of DHS, DOJ, DOT, WHCA, WHMO, and numerous State and local agencies. I formerly served as the Deputy Director for the National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Center Communications Technologies Center of Excellence under the DOJ National Institute of Justice. Additionally, I have experience working with various non-profit organizations including the IJIS Institute and the National District Attorney’s Association. I have a Master’s Certification in Program Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State University. TS w/SCI eligibility.
