With over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, I am a Talent Acquisition Partner for Pinnacle Treatment Centers. My goal in this role is to provide recruiting support to hiring managers throughout the network. This support includes sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers and candidates and working to start candidates in a timely manner. I utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Phenom and other platforms as needed to engage talent and match them with opportunities. As a SHRM-certified professional and a certified life coach, I have a passion for transforming lives and creating strategies that align with the mission and values of the organization. I leverage my skills and experience in talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, and project coordination to support organizational growth and performance. I also excel at building strong relationships both within and outside of the organization and delivering high-quality work with professionalism and attention to detail.
