B2B Marketing professional and expert Chief of Staff. I thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments where I can leverage my tenacity, strategic mindset and collaborate spirit to get the job done. My current role as Chief of Staff for our CMO of Americas Marketing at SAP has me responsible to a 100+ team of amazing Marketers across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. My job is done when every member of our team feels inspired, supported and enabled to bring out their best at SAP! I influence our success by overseeing executive communications, leadership team support, performance management, operations, internal communications, enablement, people plans and strategic marketing campaign planning and execution. My 15+ year career in marketing at SAP has given me experience in regional and industry marketing, digital marketing (digital display and paid social, organic social, content syndication, HQL and more), tele campaigns, 3rd party and hosted events, executive events, social selling enablement, marketing automation, email nurture, account based marketing and more. Prior to SAP, I worked in B2C marketing at Jugo Juice, as well as in sales at Kraft Foods. On the personal side, I'm most proud of my role as Mother to my 9 year-old son and my Labrador Retriever – both of which keep me challenged and entertained! I value healthy and active living, as I grew up playing competitive soccer and figure skating. Now, I coach my son's hockey and keep active in my spare time through running, skiing, golfing and pretty much any outdoor activity or sport! I love it all. My other passions include travel (I've travelled across the US, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Thailand and Hong Kong - but there are many more destination on the bucket list!), continuous learning (I always have a few good business and personal growth books on the go, as well as some favourite podcasts in my ear), and entrepreneurship (may have started a business or two).
