As Senior Procurement Manager at NeilMed Pharmaceuticals, I lead procurement and supply chain operations with a focus on FDA compliance, supplier performance, and workflow automation. I'm currently developing SOPs, documenting NetSuite processes, and driving cross-functional initiatives to prepare for an upcoming FDA audit while streamlining manual procurement workflows. I’ve also defined departmental KPIs to strengthen supply continuity, mitigate risk, and improve overall procurement efficiency. In addition to my full-time role, I serve as part-owner and Director of Mobile App Development & Digital Strategy at Agajanian Vineyards, where I lead the full lifecycle of our AI-powered B2B/B2C mobile beverage app. Currently in final testing for both the app and website, we’re preparing for launch. I oversee investor readiness, refine our pitch deck, and support strategic growth through partnerships and brand integration. Previously, I held leadership roles at Jackson Family Wines, Delicato Family Vineyards, and Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, where I built and led procurement teams, negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts, and implemented strategic sourcing, process automation, and sustainability initiatives across multi-site operations. I hold a B.A. in International Business from Washington State University and a C.P.M. Lifetime Certification from the Institute for Supply Management.
