Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn profile! Over the past 3 years I have been working within the education field in the K-12 system. Prior to this, I helped job seekers of all ages, industries, and professions since 2002. I wasn't at all clear about my own career path back in the day - it was through my own career counsellor that I realized what I was passionate about - empowering others to find their passions! That was over 10 years ago and my energy for helping others has evolved into supporting educators to promote essential career skills in their students. Through maker education and project based learning students and teachers will find fulfillment, build resiliency, and develop necessary social emotional learning competencies. Through maker education students will become more prepared to make successful transitions within and beyond high school. So, where is all of this going?
