About Carson Bailey

After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from the University of South Carolina, I continued my education at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina and graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. I began employment with Oracle as a HCM Cloud Analyst. Continuing to grow my skills and experiences within the HCM functional aspect of the Oracle Cloud. After learning the Core HR Module as an analyst, I have increased my product knowledge within the HR Help Desk, Labor Relations, and Health and Safety Modules. I plan to expand my knowledge and expertise in these modules to lead a successful implementation on future projects. I hold a high standard when it comes to client relationships, therefore I will ensure the team lead by me will uphold the great customer relations reputation. A combination of effective implementations and strong customer relationships define career success to me.
