I have always been a technology and sociable person throughout my entire life. I love computers just as much as I love making connections with collogues and coworkers which is why I love being in Asset Management. This job allows me to make the social connections and use my communication skills as well as showcase my experience and skills with technology in an IT environment. I quickly adapt to the needs of the company and user in order to provide the best solution for any problem. In my work experience at PennyMac, I have learned so much and will always be grateful for the experience as I have become an effective and efficient worker. With my experience I have learned to quickly master certain skills allowing me to be a better coworker and leader. I take charge when the opportunity presents itself and never back away from a challenging task.
