My name is Carson Ferront, and I am a Marketing major at the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics, on track to graduate in May 2026. At the University of Delaware, I have served as a Creative Content Intern for the Intercollegiate Athletics Department, where I produced promotional videos and collaborated with the communications team to enhance brand engagement. Additionally, I currently support event execution as a Set-Up Crew Member for Conference Services, demonstrating my ability to work efficiently in high-paced, team-oriented environments. My experience at TJ Maxx as a Retail Sales Associate further developed my interpersonal and sales skills—contributing to a 30% loyalty program capture rate and mentoring new team members. Technical skills of mine includes the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Access and Excel, and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. I also completed the AWS “Foundations of Prompt Engineering” course, which enhanced my skills in AI prompt creation, content production, and digital communication strategies.
