About Carson Marsh

I am currently a Senior at the University of Central Florida studying Health Sciences. After graduating from high school as valedictorian of my class in 2019, I was accepted into the Burnett Honors College at UCF. I am currently employed as a private tutor and musical instructor. I worked as a medical assistant during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic that allowed me to personally affect the lives of many in need. Prior to this, I worked four years within the field of manual labor as a landscaper and construction worker. My experiences in academia and the work force pushed me to develop qualities including but not limited to strong work ethic, clear communication, data analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving. At UCF, I have maintained a GPA throughout all coursework (Organic Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, etc) and have been involved in numerous extracurricular activities including religious organizations, Registered Student Organizations, volunteering, and hobbies/interests such as exercise and outdoorsmanship. I am also currently involved in coursework to attain ministerial credentials and licensure within the United Pentecostal Church International. I aspire to attain a position that will develop my leadership capabilities and professional experience while affecting significant change and impacting the lives of those around me.
