With over six years of experience in recruiting for the intelligence community, I am currently the Intelligence Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Amentum, a global provider of mission-critical services and solutions. In my current role, I oversee a team of recruiters who source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various intelligence positions. I also collaborate with hiring managers, program managers, and security to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Prior to joining Amentum, I was a Lead Recruiter at PAE, where I supported the recruitment of intelligence professionals for multiple government contracts. I have extensive skills in full life cycle recruiting, intelligence community, and sourcing, which enable me to identify and attract the best talent for the intelligence domain. I am passionate about supporting the mission and vision of Amentum, which is to deliver innovation, excellence, and integrity to our customers and stakeholders.
