About Carson Petrea

As a hospitality professional with a over a decade of experience in food and beverage management, consulting, and event coordination, I thrive on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. My journey has taken me from managing premier golf and country clubs to consulting with industry-leading software firms, where I’ve honed my skills in leadership, customer engagement, and technical expertise. Currently, as a Senior Consultant at Infor, I manage the implementation and training of cutting-edge hospitality software solutions. This role allows me to blend my technical acumen with my passion for improving guest experiences and operational efficiency. In previous roles, I successfully navigated challenges like reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic while managing teams, budgets, and complex operations. Whether mentoring staff, designing financial strategies, or curating unforgettable events, I bring dedication, creativity, and a people-first approach. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management from Johnson & Wales University, I am always seeking new opportunities to grow, innovate, and contribute to the evolving hospitality landscape. Let’s connect to discuss how we can create exceptional experiences together!
