About Carson R.

With almost 5 years of experience of managing, motivating, and organizing young students I have had to acquire many skills. These skills include the ability to learn quickly, think independently and collaboratively simultaneously, communicate effectively, and being extremely dedicated. Not only do I work with students, but I have assisted and led in opening several new locations with Untapped Learning all across the Boulder County / Denver Metro area. This includes construction, facility maintenance, and creating a successful environment where students can learn effectively. I would be a great asset to any organizations needing a “swiss army knife” of an employee. Through my studies as an Information Science major and Economics minor, I have gained not only a specific interest in the technological field but many other areas. From data structures, coding, integrated design, cost and market analysis, project management and much more. My interests and skills are very vast due to the fuel of curiosity that my area of study has provided me. I am looking forward to finding a work environment that is new, exciting, innovative, and willing to challenge modern standards. I believe that this creates the foundation for change, accomplishment, and a path for a better future. Besides my vocational and academic interests, I have a strong connection with the outdoors and nature. My interest started while I was earning my Eagle Scout in my teens and has stayed with me since then. From inspiring me to take photos, to making me become more conservation minded, it has given me the opportunity to appreciate the things that can often get unnoticed. Appreciating and paying attention to the smaller details in life is a key characteristic of my composition as a person and an employee.
