About Carson Radney

I remember my first day of school like it was yesterday. My father walked me into my pre-k class, holding my hand and telling me how much fun I would have at school. We arrived at the room door, I bravely walked in the room, excited and ready to learn. Since this day, I have always embraced education with a smile. Throughout my life I have used my education to better myself and those around me whether this was through summer camps, after school programs, educational studies, or career. In college, I studied Public Relations at Kennesaw State University, so I could effectively learn how to convey a message. I worked as a social media coordinator during college which taught me how to present information in a relatable way. After undergrad, I continued my education at the University of Georgia, earning a Master’s degree in Workforce Education. I took classes covering Food and Nutrition as well as Child and Human Development. As I finished my Master’s degree, I started working as a Family Consumer Science teacher for secondary education. Thanks to this position, I use my ability to effectively communicate in a dynamic way, so I can impart knowledge.
