About Carson Staley

At the beginning of 2022 I found myself in a position where I was able to contemplate if what I did for a living truly brought me joy. I had been a construction professional for over a decade and was utterly burned out. My escape plan began with me spending every waking hour outside of my work trying to figure out what I was passionate about, what I was inherently good at, and what industry would allow me to express these things. The conclusion of my self-scrutiny was that I had an affinity for helping and developing people. With emphasis on helping people, so began my journey into the world of insurance. I immediately dropped what I was doing, joined a local State Farm office and began the agency career track process in parallel. Within a few months I completed that process with a single license requirement left and had a relatively decent idea of how an office ran and what I would want mine to look like. What I didn’t account for was an opportunity to work for State Farm itself and landing in a position that takes full advantage of my estimating / project management skills and emotional intelligence. I am now your local State Farm adjuster and I fulfill the State Farm mission everyday. I help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
