I'm Carson Trafford, a driven and enthusiastic marketing student at Ohio University, where I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Business Analytics, and a certificate in Sales. With a GPA of 3.54, I’m committed to blending my academic knowledge with practical experience to drive impactful results in the business world. My recent role as a Sales Intern at Palmer-Donavin allowed me to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and operations. I conducted in-depth analyses of our Net Promoter Score, engaged in cross-departmental networking, and developed key insights into customer service and pricing strategies. This role honed my ability to translate data into actionable business strategies and fostered my professional development through leadership interactions with C-suite executives. Outside the classroom, I’ve embraced leadership and teamwork through my involvement with Ohio University’s Men’s Golf Team, competing at the NCAA Division 1 level while balancing rigorous training with academic responsibilities. This experience has sharpened my strategic thinking, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure. Additionally, I’m a proud member of The Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre, where I engage in high-stakes lead generation as part of the Outreach Team, and contribute to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, advocating for my peers and enhancing their experience both on and off the field.
